Tennessee Metallizing, established in 2001 by a 15 year veteran of the industry, is now a leading provider of industrial corrosion protection and restorative services serving all varieties of industry and clients including architects, design engineers, physical engineers, plant managers, government, OEMs of metal parts, electrical parts, machinery, equipment, automotive parts and hardware, fossil fuel plant, marine structures, highway & safety, military, aeronautical, aerospace, construction, and forestry.

Tennessee Metallizing is located in Oliver Springs, Tennessee, and currently provides both on-site and in-shop services, with the capabilities to handle any shape or size, from micro parts to over-sized heavy machinery and structures. Facility & Services – On-Site & In-Shop
The shop facility is presently undergoing expansion from 10,000 to 25,000 square feet. It has a high bay with a 30 ton crane service and fork lift capabilities up to 11,000 pounds. We also provide our own shipping, up to 40,000 pounds, if required. Future plans include a 35,000 lb forklift to manage heavier parts and the addition of a large powder coating oven which will accommodate over-sized parts up to 20 feet. Our in-shop and on-site equipment and tools allow us to offer you sand blasting as a cleaning and preparatory process; bead blasting for cosmetic purposes to achieve a smooth clean surface; metallizing for corrosion protection, restoring worn parts, longevity, and electrical conductivity if needed; flame spray to build up a part that is wearing out prematurely and to make it harder, more durable and longer lasting; and powder coatings, offered in virtually limitless color choices with different finishes such as high gloss, low gloss, mid gloss, textured or flat, to provide a finish more cost effective than paint and up to 3 x more durable. We also provide industrial wet paint services if you require them. Being a true job shop, we accept all sizes of orders from prototypes to production quantities.
